UNA COSTRUZIONE ECOLOGICA NEI COLLI TORTONESI
La trasformazione di due stretti edifici tradizionali in una moderna cascina luminosa e aperta sull’ampia vallata piemontese.
Montemarzino è una terra collinare e agricola che richiama la vita bucolica, la coltivazione della terra, il vino e il cibo buono, i rapporti genuini tra le persone, la vita all’aria aperta, la socialità, la tranquillità, e tutti quei valori autentici che spesso si trascurano nella vita cittadina.
L’idea di comprare un podere in questo luogo è nata proprio perchè qui questo modo di vivere sembra essersi preservato nonostante la vicinanza a Milano, alle autostrade e dunque alla facile raggiungibilità. Nonostante
tutto a Montemarzino il tempo scorre in modo diverso e dunque una volta arrivati qui si aprono nuove dimensioni spirituali.
La richiesta delle due famiglie proprietarie è stata molto chiara rispetto alla necessità di preservare questa atmosfera. Dunque di pensare un intervento radicale, perchè fortemente trasformativo, ma al tempo stesso pensato proprio per questo sito specifico, con le sue caratteristiche.
E di fare dei due corpi di fabbrica separati e stretti , con all’interno spazi concatenati e angusti , delle case ariose adatte ad essere vissute in coppia, coi fi gli, con gli amici, separati o tutti insieme.
The transformation of two narrow traditional buildings into a bright modern farmhouse open to the wide Piedmontese valley.
Montemarzino is an agricultural land on the hills that recalls the bucolic life, cultivation, wine and good food, genuine relationships between people, life in the open air, sociability, tranquility, and all those authentic values which are often overlooked in city life.
The idea of buying a farm in this place was born precisely because here this way of life seems to be preserved despite the proximity to Milan, the highways and the comfortable easy accessibility. Despite everything in Montemarzino time flows differently and therefore once you arrive here new spiritual dimensions open up.
The request of the two owner families was very clear regarding the need to preserve this atmosphere. It was necessary to think of a radical intervention, highly transformative, but at the same time designed precisely for this specific site, with its features.
And to make the two separate and narrow buildings, with concatenated and narrow spaces inside, a complex of new airy houses suitable for being lived in as a couple, with children, with friends, separately or all together.

e ombreggiato da schermature in legno.
