UNA CAMERA PER L’ARTE
RISTRUTTURAZIONE DI UN EDIFICIO RURALE
Una trasformazione sussurrata all’interno di un edificio rurale, per appassionati di arte del Novecento.
Nata dalla trasformazione di un edificio rurale all’interno di una grande proprietà, è concepita come una camera per l’arte dedicata ad ospiti speciali.
La scelta progettuale è stata quella di liberare lo spazio interno da partizioni e controsoffitti e mettere a nudo le capriate lignee, che sono state sabbiate e restaurate, mentre la copertura è stata completamente smontata e rimontata con l’inserimento dei pacchetti isolanti necessari.
Le tante finestre sul giardino e le opere d’arte arredano le pareti chiare.
Un grande arredo fisso, trasformabile, integra la cucina, una seduta a cassapanca e la scala che porta al terrazzo e al bagno.
Dall’esterno l’intervento è quasi invisibile mantenendo inalterata la patina del tempo dell’architettura rurale, benchè il tetto sia stato completamente sollevato e isolato con rifacimento del manto, delle grondaie e della scossalina, i serramenti siano stati sostituiti e la scala di accesso sia stata completata.
A whispered transformation inside a rural building, for lovers of 20th century art.
Born from the transformation of a rural building within a large property, this project is conceived as a room for art dedicated to special guests.
The design choice was to free the internal space from partitions and false ceilings and expose the wooden trusses, which were sandblasted and restored, while the roof was completely disassembled and reassembled with the insertion of the necessary insulating packages.
The many windows overlooking the garden and the works of art decorate the light walls.
A large fixed, transformable piece of furniture integrates the kitchen, a chest seat and the staircase leading to the terrace and the bathroom.
From the outside the intervention is almost invisible, keeping the patina of rural architecture unchanged though the strong interventions on the roof (completely refurbished), on the windows and on the external staircase.
